Overview

ProFusion℠ captures all data about the organizations you deal with: names, physical address, shipping address, billing address, description, tax id number, phone numbers, website, relationship type (examples: client, prospect, competitor, vendor) and organization type (examples: chemical, food manufacturer, consulting firm), sales potential notes.

It also generate statistics and reports about all sales activity such as what type of business is generating the most opportunities? What type of business has the highest sales hit rate? What does our sales pipeline look like? What are the trends for sales metrics over time?

Organization Statistics

Profusion gives an organization directory listing contact information for all users. The graphic reports can also made readily available showing live company-wide statistics. This involves number of hours by resource per year totaled and trended, average hours per week, number of projects lead by resource, percentage billable trend, types of organizations in the database, division of organization responsibility by resource.

Authorized users can create and edit the many categories used in ProFusion records such as: 

  • Organization & Relationship Type
  • Task Status & Project Stage Workflow
  •  Asset Types
  •  Forms of Client Payments
  •  Countries and States
  •  Addresses
  •  Rate cards & rates
  •  Parts Management
  •  Security (user) Management
  •  Mileage Rates

Company Asset Management

Company assets such as tools, computers, furniture, licensed software, etc can be added to an asset database along with details including acquisition date, part, serial numbers, location, notes, expiration/renewal date, expected lifespan. Assets can be moved and changed, and the system will calculate pro-rata value based on acquisition date, value, and expected life. All of this information in available in a filterable report and exportable to Excel.

System administrators can also adjust the settings for their application, including the reports that are generated, default settings, email settings, purchase order instructions, approval dollar levels, and more.

Billing rate cards and payments

The cards have information on list of titles in the company, the normal and after-hours or overtime billing rate for each, and an average billing rate that can be used in estimates if a specific title is not chosen. Each card has an expiration date, and can only be assigned to new projects until that date.

Client information such as addresses, contact information, payment terms can be managed in this section.
