Profusion℠ capture all relevant data about your employees in secure tables visible only to authorized users. The data tracked includes birth-date, hire date, termination date (if relevant), title, manager id, and other personal information
HR documents such as policies and procedures or other company-public documents can be uploaded and administered by users with the correct
permission. Other users can select and view the documents- effectively this can be an intranet library of documents.
Reports are available for payroll processors that show a weekly or biweekly view of approved hours, organized to illustrate clearly the total hours worked by day, week, and pay period, and the division between regular work and benefit hours (such as PTO/Vacation, Holidays, etc). Benefit hours are shown by category so that the payroll system can be easily updated.
The system can optionally automatically transmit company-wide “Happy Birthday” and “work anniversary” emails by using data stored for each resource.
User statistics are displayed and trended, including hours, overhead hours, billable percentage, percentage of unbudgeted (T+M type) projects, projects managed, projects over and under budget, dollars managed, total budget
variance, and average and maximum lag between time and expense date and submittal date.
Payroll administrators can create and maintain a payroll schedule for processing days and payroll day, based on the number of weeks between payrolls and a starting date. A routine reminder email is optionally sent to all active users on each payroll processing day, reminding them to review and submit work hours. A multiple pay categories such as salaried, hourly can be defined here.
Profusion℠ also calculates annual, monthly, per-pay-period, and hourly costs for salary, taxes, and benefits
